CurrentAs Global Supply Chain Director, I ensure procurement initiatives align with overall business objectives. I report directly to the executive board, serving as a key influencer in shaping procurement strategies. I foster a collaborative work environment by leading a talented team of procurement professionals, including category and vendor managers. Throughout my tenure, I have managed spend across the UK and 15 other countries by building and growing the procurement and supply chain team from 3 to 19 members. I devise and deploy best-in-class, risk-adverse procurement and supply chain strategies by steering collaborative efforts with senior stakeholders, clients, and partners. Furthermore, I cultivate and fortify strong partnerships with strategic suppliers by developing and employing a supplier relationship management program.
