As Chief Operating Officer, led the organization’s operations, technology, health care service, and corporate data and analytics functions for the newly merged company. Oversaw ~60% of the organization (3,500 of 5,500 FTEs). Created a 5-year integration roadmap for COO functions producing administrative synergies of $42 million. Oversaw negotiation of new PBM contract producing cumulative savings of 12-16% for the organization over a 3-year period.
