Marc is a Partner in the London office of international consulting firm, Bain & Company. He is a leader in the Retail, Consumer Goods, Organisation and M&A Practices with a focus on people-related topics including Operating Model Transformation and Merger Integration. He leads Bain's work globally on Culture and Culture Change.With nearly two decades of industry and consulting experience, Marc has advised clients across a range of sectors including food and non-food retail, consumer and luxury goods, apparel, air transport, utilities, government, mining and private equity, drawing on his deep expertise to drive bold ideas and pragmatic solutions.Within these spectrums, Marc has led case teams and partnered with client teams to address corporate and customer strategy, organisational design, innovation and mergers and acquisitions, in particular resolving complex topics in challenging stakeholder environments. He also worked for McKinsey & Company in London and for Euromonitor Consultancy in London and Singapore.He earned a BA in East Asian Studies from Stanford University, an MSc in Economics/ International Relations from the London School of Economics and an MBA from London Business School.
