Layr is an AI-powered cloud platform digitizing the entire insurtech stack by allowing small businesses to assess and select the right coverage in about 12 minutes. Layr’s proprietary algorithm generates a quote and sends a complete package to underwriters. By combining tools like a digital storefront, customer service portals, and licensed human agent support, Layr offers a comprehensive solution that allows insurance brokers and agents to serve more clients while increasing the quality of their service. Layr works without an API, meaning that it can be integrated immediately with existing analog workflows.

Safehub, which was founded in 2015, aims to address the risk with a real-time earthquake-monitoring product that leverages motion sensors, analytics, and third-party data to provide building integrity information. Safehub’s cell-connected sensors measure earthquake ground motion and building response, in addition to changes in buildings’ natural and resonant frequencies. The company uses this information to estimate damage to buildings and related business interruption losses. If an earthquake happens, Safehub sends damage alerts and financial loss estimates via text, email, and a web dashboard.

ReSec Technologies develops innovative enterprise-grade solutions to prevent malware penetration of networks, endpoints, and data centers. Established in 2012 by military cyber defense experts, ReSec introduced Content Disarm and Reconstruction (CDR) technology to overcome the limitations of conventional anti-malware detection methods.
