I have been working at Avance Werving & Selectie since 1998. Having taken on different managerial and sales roles, I have always been curious as to the origins of peoples’ behaviour. Why do people do the things they do, and why do they do these in a way that is characteristic of them? This interest led us to write our first management book at the end of 2015, entitled ‘The nature of your beast’, and start a new company, MyDrives MyHabits and MyMatch, at the beginning of 2013. My Drives gives insight into people's underlying drives. MyHabits develops individuals and teams, and MyMatch selects the right people.
