Responsibilities included: Develop and negotiate tiered and flat rebate contracts within regional / national health plans and state government agencies to maximize sales and profitability; utilize profit models to evaluate contracting opportunities and to forecast sales / profit growth; conduct clinical / financial presentations for executive-level decision makers; develop and facilitate local and regional pull-through programs across multiple sales districts to maximize utilization of Organon products; understand, communicate and problem-solve issues related to CPT / HCPCS codes and reimbursement problems at the provider and payer level

Responsibilities included: Develop and negotiate tiered rebate contracts with NeighborCare, the nation’s 2nd largest Long Term Care Pharmacy Provider; conduct clinical / financial presentations for executive-level decision makers; implement Organon’s national strategy with the American Medical Director’s Association, including the creation of initiatives and CME programs; develop and facilitate local and regional pull-through programs across multiple sales districts to maximize utilization of Organon products (CNS, Hematology and Chronic Pain) within NeighborCare as well as all other Long Term Care Pharmacies, Hospice programs and Correctional Institutions within my assigned geography

Responsibilities included: Aggressively perform contract pull-through for Organon’s products by partnering, servicing, and educating Consultant Pharmacists, Medical Directors and Directors of Nursing caring for nursing home / hospice residents and correctional institutions. 1 of 12 initial Account Managers to lead Organon into the Long Term Care marketplace. 2001 inductee into Organon’s President’s Club for top performance as a Regional Account Manager (Long Term Care).
