Music Director of the Vector Wellington Orchestra reporting to the General Manager and Board of Trustees. Responsible for artistic planning and all artistic matters including repertoire, soloists, collaborations, auditions, rehearsals and performances. Involved in strategic planning, budget management, sponsorship and donations, promotion, copy, PR and marketing and management of key stakeholder relationships including government, media and other arts organizations.➢ Significant increases in box office and audience attendance figures each season.
