Hey, I'm Marc. The Founder of techire ai, a specialist recruitment / talent company with a focus on generative AI. The AI market is not new to us, collectively we have over 10 years of experience hiring in AI, placing hundreds of people in new roles. We established ourselves as the number one AI recruiter in the conversational AI space, with my co-founder being voted as the top leader in the conversational AI industry (not recruitment) in 2021 amongst other awards.Generative speech/audio & Natural Language Generation alongside NLP/NLU/Speech processing have always been our specialism - I never like to "blow my own trumpet" but I can honestly say we know the space like no other. More recently, we have also been successful in many searches for researchers in generative AI for video, images and 3D.My prior staffing experience was in tech markets including strategic headhunting (CTO, VP, Director level) and building out various technical teams in ML/Research, Data, Software Engineering, DevOps & QA.
