CurrentOverall responsibility for day to day operations of the club. Oversee all aspects of the banquet facility (3 banquet rooms & 2 auxiliary rooms, 7 bars), full service kitchen, dining experience and golf course operations. Manage 320 acre property (215 developed acres) and 18-hole championship golf course. Supervise 8 full-time employees, 12 seasonal and 60 – 80 part time employees in all aspects of the club. H/R, insurance administration, personnel issues. Reporting to ownership on cash flow, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and ongoing operations to increase the club visibility, event hosting, and golf play.
