Being the General Manager of a golf & banquet facility brings me into contact with a wide range of individuals on a daily basis. While supervising an 18-hole golf course and full maintenance team, I can also be in the kitchen helping "plate up" banquet meals. With a dedicated staff we run a full 45,000 sq.ft. banquet facility hosting over 150 banquet events along with 50 weddings each year. Multi-tasking is an everyday event here at Midlane.In addition I run the accounting department which includes A/R, A/P, payroll, H/R, cash counting and reporting. Involvement with each employee is a must and I strive to make them more responsible to Midlane and for Midlane. I bring a positive impact to the workplace and I hope that all of our employees feel as they belong to this community and endeavor.
