I consulted my clients about the use of internet-technology in their business processes. I have successfully set up a consulting market offering for the selection of an enterprise content management system using multi-criteria requirements analysis. Furthermore, as certified Microsoft Solutions Framework trainer, I was responsible for the implementation of this project management approach in the company and the mentoring of junior project managers.

Within the ‘Products’ market unit, I was a member of the worldwide team ‘Capability Modelling And Simulation’ (CMAS), part of the Process Excellence group in Accenture. I was responsible for the knowledge management and use of Business Process Improvement methodologies. Furthermore, I contributed to the focus group of Supply Chain Management in the Dutch practice.
