I am an entrepreneur with experience in managing people from different cultural backgrounds. Good at decision making and problem solving.I went to live to China after university, where I created and expanded GISP to develop and produce industrial components. Lived in Hangzhou (China) for 10 years (2000-2010), good mandarin level. From 2010 I manage GISP from Barcelona, with frequent trips to our Hangzhou office.During these years I have visited more than 1000 factories, helping many of them to improve the production process in order to increase productivity and reduce costs. In 2013 I created EntresD, to develop the professional 3D printing market in Spain. Disappointed with the snail pace of the technical advances in this market, I sold the company in 2019.I hate long useless meetings, love getting to the point. Always trying to increase efficiency, so people working in my companies can work less hours and live better.
