• Onboarded new clients onto FloQast accounting software by implementing their monthly close documents (i.e., chart of accounts, trial balances, close checklists) into the system• Customized each client’s FloQast instance based on preliminary intake discussions with client representatives (i.e., CFOs, Controllers, Managers) • Led trainings for client administrators and accounting teams on the FloQast accounting software and its various modules to ensure thorough understanding and proper usage of the system• Served as the main point of contact for clients throughout the implementation process and troubleshot a variety of issues as necessary
