Designed numerous custom parts and assemblies to be 3D printed or machined utilizing SolidWorks. Significantly applied Design for Assembly (DFA) and Design for Manufacturing (DFM). Provided design conceptualization and modeling of 800+ component assemblies.Drafted detailed technical drawings utilizing GD&T for manufacturer and client approval. Designed a fully functional motorized test fixture assembly for evaluating fatigue failure in plastic specimens. Performed complex Finite Element Analysis on custom virtual prototypes for structural validation or failure analysis. Developed comprehensive Bill of Materials and Cost documents for several-thousand-dollar assemblies. Conducted rigorous market research for clients seeking cost-effective designed solutions.

Assisted students in advanced Solidworks modeling and analysis. Assisted in teaching ME 270, a design development course with a focus on thermal and mechanical systems within a humanitarian context. Introducing Six-Sigma, market analysis, specification bench-marking, mathematical modeling, failure analysis, prototype fabrication, and testing fundamentals to students. Other tasks included supervision, grading, and curriculum development.
