I went travelling on my own for 10 months in Central and South America crossing 9 countries : Cuba, Mexico, Guatemala, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Panama and Colombia. This journey allowed me to step back on life, and take the time to get to know myself better. I developed a daily morning routine which includes : meditation, yoga practice, reading and journaling.
