My experience spans across various industries to include Corporate, Non-Profit, Religious, and Education spheres.As a DEI focused Consultant/Strategist, I am able to support organizations with developing and executing DEI strategies and implementation such as recruiting, people management, people development, and organizational structure.I hold a Doctorate of Education degree in Education, Policy, and Organizational Leadership - Diversity & Equity from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. My dissertation focused on the lived experience of males of color and its implications of those males as professionals in the workplace.
