I am an Incident and Problem Manager with 5 years of experience in client-facing customer support, working in the medical technology and broadcast media sectors. I have hands-on experience with Kubernetes, containerized services and cloud-based infrastructure, as well as direct hardware and software support. Helping people and building relationships is my core strength, and I bring a diversity of backgrounds and broad experiences to any role.
