I am responsible for maintaining “best in class” service delivery, whilst protecting and enhancing Melbourne Airport’s Property Assets. These include; hotels, leisure facilities, industrial sheds, offices, workshops, communications facilities, car parks, and bespoke facilities. The diversity of the portfolio requires a systematic approach to asset management to ensure smooth operation for users of the airport and business park. I am passionate about finding and negotiating integrative solutions to issues which requires maintaining strong relationships with all key stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes.
