In my current role at Acelen, I am privileged to lead the digital transformation and innovation program, overseeing eight dedicated technological initiatives across all industrial areas. These programs include process optimization, analytical laboratory management, environmental monitoring, asset reliability, occupational and process safety, as well as solutions for digitalizing operations and achieving operational excellence. In addition, a foundational program addresses critical themes such as Cyber OT, industrial data connectivity, digital engineering, artificial intelligence for industry, and the enhancement of automation and instrumentation maturity.As the head of Acelen's Digital Factory, my team focuses on software development for engineering problem-solving. Drawing inspiration from the Spotify model, we've structured a multidisciplinary engineering team organized into squads, tribes, chapters, and guilds. Each squad specializes in distinct areas, contributing to the ongoing development of our digital transformation portfolio. The Hybrid AI squad, notable for its expertise in computer, chemical, and mechanical engineering, plays a pivotal role in advancing our portfolio.Additionally, I'm responsible for the governance, support, and continuous improvement of more than 35 industrial systems (OT) at Acelen. This project allowed for operational cost reduction, process optimization, operational intelligence and automation of analysis and reporting.*BRASKEM IDESA (MEXICO) - LOGBOOK SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATION AND TRAINING*To implement in Braskem Mexico's 1st and 2nd generation plants the logbook system that allows the registration and monitoring of routines, instructions and occurrences of operation in a standardized manner, allowing greater traceability and better data management for all involved in the operation.
