During this period I had the same tasks on Alfa Laval as before, with the implementation in Stockholm as my main focus. It was a project to relocate 2 warehouses into a new warehouse/workshop, with a full D365 implementation in the project scope. Besides my work at Alfa Laval I was in charge of an analysis phase spanning over 5 months for a big pension provider in Denmark. SCALES won the implementation contract following the analysis phase, and the implementation started shortly after.

Following the succesfull completion of the PM Graduate program I transitioned into a full time PM role on the Alfa Laval Project. Highlights:★ Release manager for D365 (11 deploys to PROD pr. year including MS releases)★ Release manager for AX2012 (5 deploys to prod pr. year)★ Project Manager for an implementation outside of Stockholm★ Account responsibility

I was a part of the first PM Graduate team in SCALES.The approach was to use a combination of class exercises, home assignments and client work during the graduate period. I was involved in the D365 implementation at Nykredit Danmark following a more senior PM.
