• Supervision and development of assigned project surrounding large scale medical coding• Direction of multiple teams of 30+ Individuals while ensuring agent metrics are met and agent development occurs within SLA and contractual clauses set forth by clients• Responsible for the upkeep of metrics and standards put forth in the grading of personnel communications by review, grading, and deliverance of responsibilities to assigned team supervisors, team leads, departmental heads.• Delivery and presentation of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue/performance reports to senior managers of perspective areas of responsibilities• Responsible for ensuring calibration of correlating departments occurs to ensure adherence to timelines and compliance is upheld• Daily complex problem solving of administrative and personnel issues• Formation of daily reports encompassing all aspects in relation to KPI of project performance, budgeting, and timeline adherence• Development of project forecasts in turn cross pollinating with business needs
