As a downhole tool specialist I would run various oil tools in old and new wells to accomplish a variety of goals throughout all stages of the life of the oil well. From toe sleeves in new wells where casing was first being run to packers and plugs in old wells where recompilations were being performed.

I reduced the average cost of new well drillout and completions by over 30% (prior to industry- wide price reductions) by introducing new techniques and methods within six months of taking over workover-rig based operations for the company.I researched and implemented new technologies for downhole cleanouts in low pressure laterals.I was the “Go-to” problem solver for abnormal situations in completion and fishing operations.I oversaw well optimization and production, supervising regional foremen to maximizeproduction and minimize costs on new and old wells in South Central OK (Woodford).I implement non-traditional solutions to reduce time and costs in fishing operations.I wrote procedures and directed other field personnel to complete workovers in preparation forhydraulic fracturing, as well as improving performance of producing wells and fishingoperations.I built a strong working relationship with many service companies.I trained company men and consultants to perform workovers and drillouts.My regulatory experience included familiarity with required filings and SPCC plans, I worked closely with several agents of the OCC and the TRRC.

As the operations manager for a small industrial supply company we sold an average of $250k /month in oilfield, gas plant manufacturing, and industrial markets. In my role I was responsible for setting up and implementing company’s order tracking and bookkeeping software, entering sales orders, purchase orders, and overseeing general operations.
