With over 24 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and direct investing, Marcus has successfully led numerous transactions across a diverse range of sectors, including healthcare, education, utilities, aged care, e-commerce, wholesale distribution, industrials and technology.In 2011, Marcus co-founded an investment banking advisory firm, where he led more than $1 billion in M&A engagements, including the exit of AIB to Crescent, Wellness and Lifestyles to Advent, Golden Grove Village to Challenger, Willunga Basin Water to Water Utilities Australia, direct investment in to Vinomofo and sale of Positive Rehab to Healthcare Australia.Prior to his own firm, Marcus worked in a private equity fund where he managed the investment in to RideoOn!, Nortruss, ILS, Valex, and Neller. He also held Director roles in the Corporate Finance teams at both Deloitte and PwC.Today, Marcus leads C&L Advisory, a firm dedicated to advising mid-market, growing clients across Australia.
