I have been with the 1st Bn Coldstream Guards for 22 Years doing a range of different roles as team member in a platoon to running driver Training for the Coldstream Guards and finishing of as a Fleet Manager . I am very reliable with excellent time keeping and organisational skills. I cope well under pressure and am able to meet deadlines. I have excellent communication and leadership skills. I am able to motivate and direct large teams as well as working as part of a team myself. I am able to use my own initiative to manage my own workload. I am versatile and enthusiastic, with a good sense of humour. I am committed to achieving my best and getting the best from the people that I manage. I am looking for a new and challenging role that will build on my existing skills and knowledge.
