• I began my career at Zenith as an apprentice in the Operations Department. As a part of my apprenticeship, I opted to work within various teams to gain a better understanding of the business as a whole.
• I was then offered a permanent position as a Technical Coordinator in the Total Losses Team.
• I was able to integrate into the teams quickly, this helped sharpen my interpersonal and networking skills.
• My role required me to frequently liaise with others both internally and externally, working to settle claims quickly and efficiently, to the benefit of both the client and Zenith.
• My greatest achievement whilst in my role was my ‘Case for Change Project’, in which I turned the Total Losses Team ‘paperless’. I was able to tailor the internal systems and persuade my team that going paperless was.
