As an IT Technician: Maintains the computer and network systems of multiple organizations. My duties include troubleshooting and diagnosing computer hardware and software issues, setting up computer networks and assisting employees and customers with IT-related problems. I currently work with multiple specialized programs, ensuring each one is working as intended.As a Restaurant Manager:Was responsible for overseeing the daily operations of all aspects of the restaurant as well as catering. This included Staffing for both BoH and FoH, training said staff on specific procedures and skill sets, helping maintain standards for cleanliness and sanitation throughout the restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive work environment in potentially high-stress situations. I would also fill as needed throughout the restaurant, whether that called for preparing food orders, serving tables, dishes, or any other aspects. Implemented zero/low-cost marketing strategies, such as offering cooking demonstrations to tour groups and school field trips, as well as co-hosting a series of live cooking lessons on local news television, to maximize brand awareness of La Cuisine de Maman and attract visitors to Vermilionville Living History Museum.
