I Coached and co-taught crossfit classes as well as shadowed personal training sessions. In between classes, I organized and maintained crossfit box so that it was presentable for the next set of classes and personal training sessions. I developed and implemented a variety of crossfit Warm ups, cool downs, and workout regimens to test my skills and knowledge as a fitness professional intern. I lead classes on the basics of Olympic power lifting to clients that who were new. In addition, I hosted a crossfit event to raise awareness of the new crossfit Explosion box to the community.

As a distributor, I sold pre and post workout supplements of Advocare such as, energy, protein, and weight loss beverages. I explain to clients what the different supplements do and how one can benefit from them. Consulted with clients on developing nutrition plans along with exercise programs to reach goals and make champions.

Sylvania Campus

Lead students in multiple types of exercises by demoing proper techniques and spotting. Facilitated students understand the benefits of exercise. Developed full body and specified group workouts for students.
