Responsible for: Cabin Crew, Ground services, Inflight Services, Cabine Services, Customer Care and complain department, Cabin appearance and Cleaning, Service Quality and Control as well as Service Policy and Procedure.As the CSS ( Chief Service Officer ) I was part of the Executive Board.

In charge for the Brand Steigenberger Hotels and Resorts as Chief Operation Officer.Also responsible for the Group Commercial organisation included InterCity Hotels, the low cost brand of the Steigenberger Hotel Organisation as Chief Commercial Officer.At the time the responsibility was approx. 100 hotels from a commercial point of view and approx. 75 4* and 5* hotels from an operational point of view with the brand Steigenberger.

Different position from GM up to Regional Director and Area Vice President up to Group Chief Opperating Officer.In charge of all the Brands at the final stage, Radisson Blue ( former RadissonSAS ), Park Inn, Country Inns&Suites, Regent Hotels. ( not all brands are today still in this portfolio ). Full operational responsibility and part of the Groups Executive Comity.
