Report to Associate Director. Manage team of 5 with managerial oversight of IT software with annual spend in excess of $650M, capital expenditures of $1B and internal/external capital labor. The focus of this role involves ensuring operational software purchases are evaluated for the correct funding type, expense coding and collaborating with business partners to ensure contracts, budgets and forecasts are presented accurately. Additionally, this role, involves ensuring all internally developed software are monitored in CIP and reconciled to ensure they are built when moved into production.
