Owing to a lifelong interest in the field I am currently a software developer student at Nackademin, pursuing a career change into the exciting and ever-changing world of software development. I am passionate about learning new technologies and skills, such as C#, React.js, .Net, Databases, and Front-End development. Before studying, I worked as a Connectivity Manager at Telia for over five years, providing top quality customer experience and connectivity services to international wholesale customers in the Nordic and Baltic regions. I handled the entire customer journey, from quotes and orders to delivery and billing, and advised customers on the best solutions for their needs. With the help of my team, I contributed to turning around the customer segment from decline to growth, and increasing customer confidence and satisfaction. I also have a Bachelors degree in Communication and PR from Linnéuniversitetet, and I speak Swedish, and English fluently.
