About Marcus Boshier
I have 10 years' experience in the public sector applying my skills in different contexts. I am motivated by enabling and empowering people to have a voice in matters and decisions that affect them. My journey started at the Ministry of Youth Development working with and advocating for young people.Whilst there,I trained as a restorative justice facilitator. I transferred these skills across to the real estate regulatory body, the Real Estate Authority, where I assisted people who had concerns with their experience buying or selling a house to resolve these. I am now working at Fire and Emergency NZ applying as a facilitator to assist FENZ personnel who have, or are experiencing behaviour-related issues with other personnel.
