Led 60+ employees and implemented a $4 million budget to maximize 30 thousand customers’ decision making and performance for disparate operational training enclaves using foundational live, virtual and constructive operational training (LVC-OT) capabilities/resources. Provided centralized oversight of cross-functional/shared LVC-OT infrastructure, workforce development and knowledge management. Steered facilitation of LVC-OT cross-functional/shared capability/resources for use in Air Force, Joint and coalition events. Directed Headquarter Air Force oversight/enforcement of LVC-OT architecture and interoperability standards.

Led selectively manned Secretary of the Air Force (SECAF) division for Air Force (AF) integration & deployment of AF and Department of Defense (DoD) command and control (C2) warfighting capabilities. Guided implementation of plans, policies, programming, architectures and processes for AF-wide C2 programs and oversaw C2 doctrine, concepts, requirements, development and fielding to meet customer C2 needs. Collaborated with other Services, Combat Commands, Joint Staff (JS) and other DoD agencies to develop and to advocate AF positions.

Headed a multi-national team of electronic warfare (EW) leaders to provide oversight of 35 thousand air, space, ground and maritime EW assets and units in support of combat operations in Iraq and Afghanistan. Supervised coordination and synchronization of electromagnetic spectrum use, and integration and employment of EW capabilities and personnel. Maintained senior leaders' awareness and decisions of EW capabilities.

Led AF execution of OSD's $200M Advanced Concept / Joint Capability Technology Demonstration (AC/JCTD) program for expeditious military utility assessment of mature and highly needed technology to improve AF and Joint warfighting capabilities. Provided policy, guidance and oversight for HQAF staff, AF Major Commands (MAJCOMs) and AC/JCTD management teams. Coordinated with other Services, Joint Chief of Staff (JCS), DoD agencies, federal government agencies (including NASA) and industry. Developed and promoted AF corporate view for each AC/JCTD. Informed and represented HQAF senior leadership at executive reviews. Steward of AF AC/JCTD selection process and knowledge base. Initiated and tracked AF staffing of AC/JCTD documents.

Led the bomber team and was chief liaison for all B-52H and B-2 wings. Evaluated the tactical combat readiness of aircrews and units for the 8th Air Force (8 AF) Commander and Commander of Air Combat Command (ACC). Conducted formal evaluations/staff assistance visits (SAV) for flying, Tactical Air Control Party, and intel weapon systems covering 37 active and gained-unit's evaluation programs, assesses aircrew ability to execute unit mission. Exercised command authority for bomber technical orders, procedures, tactics and policies for combat employment. Team director for conducting evaluations of unit operations, and Standardization and Evaluation (Stan/Eval) programs. Filled key Numbered Air Force (NAF) rated staff position while maintaining fully qualified and current B-52H aircrew currencies.
