I have extensive experience with working with Law Enforcement and other emergency services in my tour of employment working in the private sector of security as well as working in the public safety aspect of my career. My expertise is social skills, time management, de-scalation tactics, customer service, technical support (Windows 98 - Windows 11), along with Microsoft applications, (Excel, Spreadsheet, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, ect). I have built gaming computers together, from the case of the rig, to the motherboard, to the DIMM Ram sticks to the Graphics Video Cards. I've been practicing this hobby since 2018.I am currently enrolled in Google IT Support Professional Certification and progressing to completing for my certification to further my experience in tech. I am seeking to work in the Cyber Security Industry, I am eager to learn and experience this journey. I enjoy problem solving and find it very enjoyable to complete a task by resolving an issue and/or solving problems with solutions. Also, I am studying/learning Linux and Python as a Coding Language.Also currently a moderator in a discord server, answering tickets, resolving problems that arise, troubleshooting, customer support via voice calls and attempting any and all issues that I answer by ticket volume.
