Provide on-site AWARD® configuration and training.Maintain working knowledge of the AWARD® software and understanding of how best to deploy and use AWARD® to meet client needs.Provide on-site best practice advice across the life cycle of the procurement process from strategy development, through requirement specifications and design of the scoring mechanism, to the evaluation itself and the subsequent analysis and reporting.Work as the Lead Consultant, manage engagements with clients ensuring delivery of effective and timely support, as well as value for money to clients – while controlling and escalating risks appropriately.Expand and maintain a network of strong relationships with senior individuals within client organisations and the procurement industry.Work closely with Sales team, to position, develop and win business – with new and existing clients.Work with sales, product support and consulting teams to ensure company provides a coherent, proactive and flexible service to clients.Control and escalate risks where appropriate.Promote company brand through active involvement in public forums, social media and by participating in presentation and panel membership at conferences.Ensure peer review and other policies are adhered to.Lead role in contributing to development of sales and marketing collateral and technical publications.
