Store Manager Gamestation (Latterly Part of Game), Lowestoft April 2005 to Mar 2012 Consistently delivering strong KPI performance and store procedures recognized by Regional Managers and credited within the monthly reviews. Winner of several pre-order, attachment and customer service awards for 2011 – 2012, through monitored development and coaching.  Nominated in a shortlist of four Managers, Store Manager of the year 2007 for outstanding services to the business, after a highly successful period of leading my teams to success. Senior Store Manager for the Area during 2006 – 2009. Conducting multi site audits, store cover, trouble shooting and covering the region during Area Manager Absences. Top store in Gamestation, for Call of Duty (COD) 4, Modern Warfare after liaising with publishers (Activision) and setting up a target system to improve the Area standing within the company.  Improved pre-orders for the Area and charged with implementing a new strategy to increase pre-order flow to influence future revenue streams. Managing and implementing a target system based on individual sales for over twelve stores. Recognized as a top pre-order performer, delivering efficient communication and co-ordination with software industry leaders for support with triple AAA video game titles for each subsequent launch Managing three different stores across the Region; Lowestoft, Great Yarmouth and Norwich with revenues of just under £1 million to a high of £2.5 million. Over seeing staff from a minimum of 8 to a maximum of over 30. Improved on sales and KPI’s in each store managed, highlighting strategic planning and coaching staff regularly with one to ones and monthly reviews. Following up with daily / hourly briefs for motivation and assessment.  Personal development through company retail and risk courses improving functionality and the smooth running through designation of the staff.

 Improved Pre-orders and Reward (loyalty) Card sales by delivering a constructive open approach to selling and customer service, encouraging and motivating the staff to drive this forward. Quickly established as a Deputy Manager, following successful personal training and development during the Sales Assistant role. Entrusted with TIC (temporary in charge) roles for Farnborough and then Camberley, turning around an underperforming store to a high performing store through improving the standards and practices by way of controlled development and training. Assisted with the successful move and store opening for the new Lowestoft Game, incorporating the allocation of warehouse stock, to the planning and execution of the store commercial layout. Provided Lowestoft Game with the crucial experience to lead them forward by being the only established member of staff. Bringing forward the direction and development to become a leader in the Region for Loyalty % and Accessory attachment.
