With over 15 years of experience in operations, facilities, and real estate, I am a versatile and adaptable leader who can thrive in dynamic and challenging environments. I am currently the Director of Facilities/Operations at Catalina Foothills Church, where I manage the day-to-day operations, including weekly events and huge yearly events, and oversee the maintenance and security of the church's properties and assets.In my current role, I have successfully implemented several initiatives and projects that have enhanced the efficiency, safety, and sustainability of the church's operations. Some of my accomplishments include: starting the church on a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), starting a Preventive Maintenance (PM) program, implementing a Security System, negotiating favorable deals with major contractors and suppliers, analyzing financial data and forecasting of assets, planning yearly budget, managing/maintaining the church's rental properties, developing successful training programs for employees, and recertifying the church's kitchen with the Health Department by getting ServSafe Certified. I have also leveraged my skills in operations, vendor relations, and attention to detail to ensure that the church's events run smoothly and effectively, and that the church's facilities and equipment are well-maintained and compliant with all regulations and standards.
