I have more than 20 years of experience in the energy domain with key knowledge of commercial operations and business information systems in commodity trading, scheduling, asset management, and energy trading/risk management (ETRM) enterprise systems. Additionally. within these systems, I have skills in data mining, warehousing, mapping, and transformation for key business insights to improve critical decisions. I have a proven capacity for the successful and timely deployment of energy trading and risk management enterprise business solutions. I have an immediate history of delivering results on projects of varying size, scope, budget, and time frame including performance in several functional, project, and business roles. These projects have included wholesale natural gas, crude oil, and power trading including their supporting operations and the related business systems. In a recent effort for retail natural gas business operations, I was key in gathering business needs, and then designing, facilitating development, leading testing, and implementing a completely "home-grown" platform from scratch to support the customer-level relationships in retail operations and manage the transaction life-cycles. In addition, I created our company's only full-scale user guide to support business practices for each phase of the transaction life cycle including trade capture for physical and financial deals, deal valuations, reports, deal confirmations, end-of-day workflows, settlement activity, and physical/cash position reporting. Finally, I have solid experience in delivering operational process improvements, business transformations, and strategies to clients including producing documented redesigns and recommendations, including task-driven solution implementation roadmaps.
