I have 23+ yrs experience in the mining industry that is solidly based on operation and supervision, in all aspects of gold CIL , flotation, autoclave and copper flotation plant operations and recovery in process plant operations in New Zealand, Guinea, West Africa, Papua New Guinea, Sulowasi, Indonesia and Saudi Arabia. My experience gives me a strong foundation on all aspects of plant operations, and an ability to recognise development opportunities. Involvement in commisioning, and training of new operators, is something I believe are strengths and an area that I enjoy.With my time as a trainer/senior shift supervisor in West Africa, Papua New Guinea and Jabal Sayid, Saudi Arabia I was involved in the implementation, and writing, of plant training and safety procedures along with inductions and safety presentations.

I am responsible for the day to day running of a processing crew and day crew to see targets/safety are met or exceeded and organisation of tailings dam and concentrate contractors to meet enveornmental and production targets. Responsible for tailings and concentrate transport operations, and tailings dam heavy machine operations to ensure operations and enviromental targets are met or exceeded.
