Marcus is also a Certified Data Protection Officer (DPO). He has extensive practice in help foreigner companies and entrepreneurs to do business in Brazil and Latin America, acting as General Counsel and manager of Companies starting in Brazil. Buschmann is appointed as Highly Regarded Lawyer by International Financial Law Review(IFLR1000) and appointed by Best Lawyers publication as one of the best lawyers in Brazil.Marcus also advises several associations and entities, taking prominent roles in some of them. He was the legal counsel of the Brazil-Russia Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Tourism from 2003 to 2011. Through Buschmann & Associados and a part-time contract, I have helped the company in most commonly legal issues in Brazil in day by day operation. Although, acting as a Secondment General Counsel, my firm was in charge to design and structure the company tax planning.
