His strategic vision led him to the role of Marketing Manager, where he oversaw the marketing of eight major Gold Coast projects, including Liberty on Tedder and Palazzo Versace, the world’s first fashion-branded hotel and condominium development.Marcus's exceptional performance earned him the role of Director of Project Marketing at PRD Nationwide, Gold Coast. Under his leadership, the division became the most profitable in Australia, with a turnover exceeding $1.5 billion per year. His notable projects included Deepwater Point, Q1, and Casuarina Beach. His success at PRD caught the attention of Colliers International, where he was tasked with establishing their residential brand in Queensland and Northern NSW.At Colliers International, Marcus served as the Residential Director, overseeing the Land Project Marketing Division in QLD and Northern NSW. His strategic direction helped Colliers reach the number one position in Residential Project Marketing on the Gold Coast and Northern NSW.Marcus then joined Oliver Hume Real Estate Group as Managing Director for Queensland and Northern NSW, where he penetrated the Southeast Queensland and Northern NSW residential land markets. His role solidified his reputation as a leader in the industry, responsible for the Land Project Marketing Division.In addition to his corporate roles, Marcus was Joint Owner and Marketing Manager at National Estates, Brisbane and Ipswich.
