I returned to Exxon upon graduation and spent just shy of 12 months as an R&D Analyst there. I helped manage the growing list of R&D initiatives and because of my previous work terms I was able to take ownership of annual regulatory reporting requirements for our part of the business. We were able to successfully manage our R&D activity to meet the needs of the organization and the requirements of the provincial regulator.

I even modernized the tools for managing R&D obligations, expenditures, and digital records. As a result of my work, I was hired to work with ExxonMobil full-time upon graduation.
