My primary role is payroll processing and staff schedule maintenance. Whenever new staff are hired, I build their schedule pattern in UKG and alter the pattern whenever it changes. Payroll responsibilities include fixing missing punches, paying out reimbursements and withholding garnishments. When payroll is complete, I post the wage and tax expenses to the proper funding source in the general journal.I am responsible for sending donor checks electronically to the bank. I post all cash receipts to the general ledger and reconcile my numbers with the fundraising department, ensuring that any restricted donations are recorded according to the donor's wishes. During my tenure, I have processed invoices for some of our vendors and entered all credit card transactions into the ledger.In all of these tasks, I am known for a very high level of accuracy.
