As a full stack developer working for Mutant's client, Vivo (Telefônica Brasil) - one of the largest telecommunications companies in Brazil, I have contributed to the development of AI-powered solutions mainly focused on back-office applications related to AURA (Vivo's artificial intelligence chatbot) used by other Vivo's teams. My key contributions include:- Vivo's Mobile App AURA Chat: I developed a file upload feature for the AURA chat, which interacts with Vivo's AI assistant. This chat interface is embedded in a webview within both Android and iOS apps which has achieved over 100 million app downloads across platforms. This project used TypeScript, Next.js for the front end and BFF (Backend for Frontend), and MySQL for database management;- IA Manager: I played a significant role in maintaining this web portal, which manages configurations and data for AURA, enhancing customer service across various platforms, including mobile apps, websites, and WhatsApp. Some of my deliveries included a folder explorer for all the registered AURA responses, a dynamic customization system for the mobile chat interface, and a control panel for push notifications. This project used React, Node.js with Express, MySQL, and ElasticSearch;- Platform IA: I contributed to the development of this back-office application used by multiple teams within Vivo. It integrates a generative text AI with private data for business teams usage. I implemented features such as a chat system with AI agents, utilizing TypeScript with React for the front end, Python with FastAPI for the back end, MongoDB for data storage, and CrewAI for multi-agent integration.

As a back end developer, I worked for a software consultancy firm specializing in delivering custom ERP solutions to franchise-based clients. I was involved in a project that developed an ERP system for a restaurant franchise. Some key areas I contributed to and features I delivered include:- Aggregating and serving curated data via an API to dashboards within the app, providing insights into business performance and inventory management.- Contributing to the development of online payment processes used on the cashier at the franchise units and delivery tracking systems. My responsibilities included integration with the Google Maps API for location-based functionalities, such as delivery routes and restaurant locations. Additionally, I integrated Google Cloud Platform services, including cloud storage.- Implementing automated unit and integration tests to ensure the reliability and scalability of the applications.In my daily work, I used technologies and tools such as Node.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, and NestJS, MongoDB as database, and Docker for containerization and efficient deployment.
