• Project management lead using agile methodology to drive the development of an AI/ML price recommendation engine for international data (IPVPN). This initiative has enabled Singtel account managers to provide competitive pricing while reducing margin erosion.• Championed the idealization of revising the entire first cut quotation process by automating various stages that led to a reduction of TAT to generate a quotation from five days to a single day.• Managed a team of external vendors and internal stakeholders to develop an AI negotiation application that enables auto negotiation of pricing with vendors using historical quotations and customer profiling via external data.• Idealized and implemented an automated escalation/re-quotation system that reduces waiting time for customer pricing approval process from 3 working days to within minutes.

• Successfully implemented and led a team in the development of new Internet Of Things (IOT) solutions including applications such as Singtel Smart Car, Singtel Connected Things as well as Smart devices, thus, driving an estimated 1,000 yearly new subscriber gross adds for pre and post mobile verticals. • Devised and developed new market opportunities with key non telecom players e.g. insurance, property developers, ride hailing and car manufacturers as a means to differentiate Singtel’s carriage services.• Conceptualised and led internal cross functional teams and external vendors to successfully launch Singtel and AIA sponsored data rewards program, despite technical and time constraints. This program led to an estimated 30k of mobile data package being subscribed throughout the year. • Provided training via presentations and collaterals to ensure that external and internal sales team are well-versed in the IOT product construct and specifications.• Innovated and productized Smart Home products by defining product construct and roadmap, implementing new operational and sales processes, as well as the end-to-end development and testing of the solution.
