While gaining valuable 1st line and 2nd line experience over the years on a demanding Customer Support desk. I am committed in ensuring that SLAs are met and escalation processes are followed when necessary, with a pro active approach to any given situation. With the ability to adept as and when needed to suit the business needs.My current role requires a high level of communication skills both verbal and written. This has allowed me to communicate efficiently to colleagues, suppliers and management on all levels, including offering explanations in technical and non technical terms. This also includes producing written procedures for staff training.As well as looking to further enhance my own skill set I'am willing to take on the challenges to learn new skills through further training and development. I welcome opportunities to step forward and help drive the business forward.
