We're implementing a multi-year Digital Transformation Roadmap at Climate-KIC.Together with diverse stakeholders, I conceptualised and am overseeing the implementation of the plan.Our main workstreams are the implementation of an ERP, the implementation of Salesforce, including a Grant Management System inside the platform, reporting and data analysis, AI applications in the business, IT infrastructure and information security.
