Particular focus on Aruba OS, InstantAP OS, and Aruba Certified Design Expert (ACDX) certification materials. • Production of live and virtual classroom and VOD training materials, which are tagged and updated to reflect ongoing updates to the Aruba Networks roadmap. • Live audits of long-standing enablement courses and ongoing updates to essential training materials. • Proactive collaboration and planning with product engineering teams to distribute accurate information to channel and field development teams. • Social Media amplification to the AirHeads online community to ensure consumption of accurate Aruba Networks technology updates and market uses of the Aruba Instant AP.

Provide ongoing Sales and Technical training to Aruba’s channel partners within the US Western region. Training is delivered through various modalities including: weekly webinars, on-site classes at the channel partner’s facilities, and channel events. Act as lead content developer for the Channel Enablement team. Identify opportunities to refresh existing content and to develop net-new training materials dependent on product releases and partner needs. Collaborate with Product Marketing to understand latest technical product releases and to create training content that is catered specifically for technical or sales-oriented partner audiences. Initiate/create and lead technical hands-on lab instruction, based on feedback from technical marketing team. The audience for technical training sessions include partner sales engineers. Drive growth among channel partners through execution of sales training, onboarding and awareness of channel tools and programs.Lead activities to improve Partner Sales team’s product awareness and Aruba specific selling skills. Ensure partner sales certifications are maintained according to partner program requirements. - Work as a technical product SME and partner advocate in Aruba opportunities as well as with ensuring key sales programs are in place to drive channel activity.

The Territory Development Engineer (TDE) works with: Insides Sales Managers, Channel Managers, Channel Partners, and Field Territory Managers to provide remote technical pre-sales support. The TDE also serves as the remote technical point of contact for product demonstrations, software pilots, and works with software engineering on customer driven product request and enhancements. Finally, TDE provides feedback to Aruba Customer Support and Product Development to simplify future remote technical sales and support.
