I have enjoyed working at a senior level in the construction industry for many years in Construction Management and project leadership roles including Operations Director and Managing Director having worked in the residential housebuilding and affordable homes sectors for house builders, main contractors, housing associations and property development clients throughout London and the Southeast of England.Having gained extensive experience in Design & Build, taking projects in many cases through planning and from planning stage, through detailed design, I am instrumental in leading design teams for value-engineered, innovative and buildable solutions to help keep construction costs down leading to reduced build program targets.
