Held two positions under this title; first, in propellant mixing, casting, and raw materials. Second, working with Space Shuttle booster static test firing.Responsibilities in these position include:-Write and approve production planning-Write and approve specifications and drawings-Disposition non-conformances, and work associated corrective actions-Process improvements, determining and implementing using lean manufacturing principals-Miscelanious special projects such as auditing processes for safety, reliability, or confomance to customer requirements

Engineering oversight for supplier products and processes including resins, oxidizers, catalysts and lubricant. Team with program manager, buyer, and design engineer to ensure procured items meet requirements. Responsibilities include - Write, review, or approve contract engineering requ, specifications and test procedures- Perform process and product audits at various production facilities around the US- Present proposed product/process changes for management and customer boards for approval - Engineering support for laboratory testing (wet lab and spectral) of materials

Drafting, tooling design and implementation on a composite prepreg (application of resin to raw fiber) production line. Responsible for converting all tooling drawings to AutoCAD as well as redesigning fiber feed to reduce variation in resin content.

Prepared solid aluminum signage of various types using a CNC router, machining and metal finishing tools. Also operated a black oxide and plating production line.
