Supervised a staff of 10 Resident Advisors and operated as a liaison between the Resident Advisors and the Office of Residence Life professional staff. Worked in a three person team with a community- based committee to develop a conceptual design, cost estimate, and preliminary construction schedule for the transformation of a 60,000 square foot office building into a cultural arts center.
