I also work as a Food Safety Consultant and my company is Abacus Food Safety Consultancy.With experience in both private and public sectors, I offer a wide range of services from Safe food management plans, audits, supplier audits, HACCP plans, food hygiene rating scheme advice, hygiene training and food complaint investigations. My background in catering spans back over twenty five years giving me extensive understanding of catering processes and unique communication skills in achieving compliance with food business operators and catering staff of all levels.The company constantly keeps up-to-date with food safety news and links reports via its social media department. I keep informed of regulation changes and relevant codes of practice by using a framework of professional working organisations and continued professional development.
